The St. Vincent de Paul Society (SVdP) of St. Aloysius will be holding its 7th Annual Community Christmas Dinner on Christmas Day (Saturday, Dec. 25, 2010) at Father Andrew White School from 2:00 – 6:00 pm for those desiring a good meal and fellowship, as well as to the home bound of our community.

If you are in need of a meal or would enjoy some fellowship on Christmas Day, please join us. If you know of anyone needing a meal, is shut in, or would like to fellowship with others on Christmas Day please let them know about this opportunity. We realize in these economic times that an outreach like this can only be successful through God’s mercy and community support.

Help is needed throughout the week before Christmas and on Christmas Day. If you would like to volunteer to assist at the hall with setup, decorations, and/or food preparation; deliver meals; provide transportation; serve/fellowship during the dinner, or clean up after the dinner; please contact Regina Bowman-Goldring at 301-475-9096 or by email.

If you would like to make a donation of desserts, decorations, or anything you believe would assist in this effort, please contact please contact Regina Bowman-Goldring at 301-475-9096 or by email.

Your generous support of your time, talent, and treasure in the past has aided in the success of this work of mercy and SVdP thanks you. We appreciate your support and prayers in this effort to display God’s love and express the true meaning of Christmas!
