Welcome to the website of St. Aloysius Gonzaga Church, a community of faith founded in 1710 on the banks of Breton Bay to serve the people of Leonardtown and St. Mary’s County. This is an important time in our history as we celebrate, worship and praise God for all He has accomplished through us these past 300 years and ask His blessings as we build our future.

Whether you are visiting our site to learn about our parish community or to simply look for information posted on these pages, we hope your visit will be informative as well as pleasant. You will find on these pages information about who we are, where we are located, how to join us for prayer and worship and how to become a member of our Catholic faith community, as well as other materials on sacramental, ministerial, educational and service opportunities.

Important Notes

– Low gluten hosts are available at any Mass. Please see the priest or deacon before Mass to us know.
– The 5:00 PM Mass on the Saturday before the 4th Sunday of every month is signed by an ALS professional to aid the hearing impaired in participating in the the liturgy.
